Welcome to ReservQ. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ReservQ waitlist application (the "App"). By using ReservQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

  • ReservQ allows users to join and manage hotel waitlists.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when joining a waitlist.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the App for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
  • Interfere with the operation of the App or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Submit information that is false, misleading, or belongs to another person without consent.

3. Hotel Relationship

  • ReservQ facilitates communication between users and participating hotels.
  • Hotels are solely responsible for reservation policies, availability, and services.
  • ReservQ is not responsible for the outcome of any hotel's waitlist decisions or reservation process.

4. Communications (SMS & Email)

By using the App, you consent to receive communications (such as emails, SMS, or notifications) related to your waitlist status. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional communications, but essential service messages may still be sent.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology associated with ReservQ are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

6. Disclaimers

  • ReservQ provides the App "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of hotel reservations.
  • Your use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • ReservQ and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

10. Governing Law
